Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48hrs prior to start of he services, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 24hrs prior to start of services.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which the services was scheduled. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the Services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The services were cancelled atleast 24hrs prior to start of said services.

• If Services is cancelled 48hrs Prior to start of Services 100% Refund.

• If Services is cancelled 24hrs Prior to Start of Servcies 50% Refund.

The following Services cannot be Refunded:

• If the said services involed courses Download and same has been downloaded.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any service that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Services Once availed and Success not garnered by the student or Professional as we are only providing guidance services and do not guarantee success of careers as same is dependent upon multiple factors.
